每个保险代理人在向客户销售保险产品的时候，都会向客户作出服务承诺的。我的服务承诺具有以下两个独家优势：
一：我向客户提供有我签字的书面服务承诺，并且将服务承诺公布在“保险屋”网站上。客户不用担心将来服务无法兑现。
二：我的售后服务是为客户提供全程理赔服务，这一点在保险行业中还没有其他人能承诺。这种全程理赔服务是从为客户准备理赔材料就开始的，而不是目前保险行业常见的由客户准备好理赔材料，然后由保险代理人为客户跑理赔手续。这也是连卖保险的也来我这里买保险的原因。

Commitment on Life Insurance Service
1 、全程理赔服务：
I. Full-Process Claims Service:
永远把全程理赔服务做为对客户的第一承诺。凡不需要客户亲自办理的理赔材料和手续，由保险代理人直接办理；凡需要客户亲自办理的理赔材料和手续，由保险代理人陪同客户办理。
We will always view this Full-Process Claims Service as our first commitment to customers. Where customers are not required to engage with documents or procedures of claims service, the Insurance Agent will directly handle these issues; where customers are required to engage with documents or procedures of claims service, the Insurance Agent will accompany them to jointly handle these issues.
2 、客户住院探视：
II. Visiting Customers in Hospital:
在接到客户在北京地区住院的通知时，立即前往客户所在医院探视，并向客户家属和医生明确保险利益和理赔范围。
Upon receiving notice from the customer's hospital in Beijing , we will immediately visit the customer and define the insurance benefit and claims scope to customer's families and doctors.
3 、随时回复客户电话：

解答客户任何有关保险的问题，包括替客户向客户的亲朋好友解答关于保险的疑问。
We will resolve any questions in insurance, including clarification of any doubts to customer's friends or relatives instead of the customer.
4 、保单周年提醒：

包括为客户上门办理续缴保费手续。
Including on-site service of further payment of insurance fees.
